The Air Force prides itself on education. For example, if you are within 12 months of completing your degree, you may be eligible for an Education Deferment that will freeze your current duty assignment for up to one year, allowing you to finish.
The good news is that the Air Force has many programs that can either supplement or completely cover the entire cost of your college education.
The Air Force can pay for your education!
Also, the Air Force Tuition Assistance (TA) program will pay up to 75 percent (up to $3,500 per year) of your off-duty tuition costs.
And remember, in addition to money for college, your military service also gives you job training that increases the value of your education and your chances for future success.
